Primary Atmospheres: Works from California 1960-1970

An installation photo of three sculptures by artist John McCracken in the 2010 group exhibition Primary Atmospheres: Works from California 1960-1970 at David Zwirner, New York. The camera faces the corner of a windowless space with bright white walls and grey floors. A soft pink sculpture, shaped like a smooth plank of wood, leans against the wall on the left, reaching about halfway from the floor to the ceiling. On the right, a slightly larger cherry red sculpture of similar shape stretches up toward the ceiling. At center, a blue and yellow rectangular sculpture sits atop a low white plinth, a diagonal strip cutout of its middle section.
