The receipt on the right is a white piece of paper and has the text “RECEIVED OD PETTY CASH” typed in all caps at the top center. The rest of the receipt contains the following information: “Amount $82.93. 12/15 1973. FOR Stage clothes – Lou Redd PLEASURE CHEST – NYC. CHARGE TO TRANSFORMER – . APPROVED BY B Falk. RECEIVED BY see slip.”
