Autoimmune Response: South

A photograph of an artwork by artist Will R. Wilson entitled “Autoimmune Response: South,” from 2011-12. Set within a metal rectangular frame, many beads in various shades of blue, green, and brown are threaded onto wire to form a rich texture reminiscent of cloth or fabric. In the lower right corner, white beads have been interspersed with the blue to create a QR code that, when photographed, links to a film made by the artist.
